  • Sun 2/16 at Wissahickon HS. The final Frostbite 5-miler tune-up run. Everyone was so eager to start that pictures were taken on the fly. Have a good run Saturday, everyone!! BTC: Jeff.
  • Tues 2/11 @ NWRC - Mizuno in for some wear testing of shoes and clothing.
  • Sun 2/9 at Wissahickon. An amazing crowd in 20 degrees!! A celebration of the Beatles' 50th anniversary in US. "All You Need Is Love!" And electricity!! One runner was still without, good luck!
  • Sun 2/2 at Wissahickon. With no reason to skip today's run, all runners with 2 (or even 4) legs ran the Frostbite course. Two more sessions before the race on 2/22.
  • Thurs 1/30 at NWRC: Good crowd on a warm night.
  • Tues 1/28 at NWRC: many showed up to wear test the ASICS GT 2000-2 and Nimbus. Thanks to Joe, our rep for the try-ons, knowledge and free socks!
